Alliance Appraisal Company was incorporated in 1959 as the first full service appraisal firm in the southern San Joaquin Valley of California. Our goal is to provide efficient, reliable, and professional appraisal, consultation, and litigation support services to our clients. Our staff consists of a General Certified appraiser, a licensed appraiser, and research associates
who are experienced in commercial, industrial, agricultural, transitional, and environmentally sensitive property and business valuation.

We offer our clients a wide range of services, in conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, published by The Appraisal Foundation, including consultation, management and complete and limited appraisal opinions in self-contained, summary, and restricted

reports. We also offer appraisal review, market analysis, expert witness, and litigation support assistance.

Tharrell Ming started with Alliance in 1960. His reputation for conscientious and professional work is nationwide. Mr. Ming is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California and has also been designated as an ARA by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and as an SRA by the Appraisal Institute.

Michael Ming started with Alliance Appraisal in 1989. Mr. Ming is a Certified General Real Estate Appraisers in the State of California, and has also been designated as an ARA by the American Society of Farm Manager and Rural Appraisers.
