Michael Ming is the President and Owner of Alliance Appraisal. Mr.
Ming is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of
California. Michael Ming holds the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA)
designation by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural
Appraisers, a candidate for the MAI designation through the Appraisal
Institute, and a candidate for the ASA designation through the American
Society of Appraisers. Mr. Ming has appraisal experience in
agricultural, commercial and industrial, easement valuation, and
transitional residential areas. He is a graduate of Fresno Pacific
University with Bachelor of Arts in Business.

Tharrell Ming is the Past President of the company. Mr. Ming has been
appraising since 1960. He is well respected within the real estate
industry. Tharrell Ming holds the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA)
designation by the American society of Farm Managers and Rural
Appraisers, and the Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation by
the Appraisal Institute. A published author of numerous articles and
appraisal education texts, Mr. Ming is a lecturer and instructor on the
national level. Mr. Ming works on special projects in concert with
Alliance Appraisal as a consultant.

Amy Eberly is the Associate Appraiser of Alliance Appraisal. Ms.
Eberly is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California.
Amy Eberly has appraisal experience in agricultural, commercial and
industrial areas. She is a graduate of California Polytechnic State
University- San Luis Obispo with Bachelor of Science in Agricultural
Business Marketing, with a minor in Food Science and Nutrition; Quality
Control.
