• Belridge Water Storage District -- Feasibility study on 87,000 acres unimproved land in western Kern County
• Albert & Helen Britz Estates - 16 Ranches in Fresno, Madera, and Santa Cruz Counties in row crops, vineyard, and citrus; commercial and residential property in Fresno County; 20.99% interest in cotton gin
• Bureau of Reclamation -- Member Appraisal Panel for 80 parcels of excess land sold by Southern Pacific Railroad in Westland Water District, Fresno County
• Buttes Gas & Oil -- Appraisal of 4,980 acres tree and irrigated row crop farmland in Kern and Tulare Counties
• Cashbaugh Properties --The Long Valley, Hayleyville & Clover Patch Ranches, 2,629.49 Acres in Mono County
• City of Bakersfield -- 27 Parcels of proposed downtown shopping center site
